SMC TAKUMAR-ZOOM 45~125mm f/4 — Zoom lens covering most-needed popular focal lengths from standard to moderately long. Single ring for focussing and zooming in range of 1:2·8 without loss of sharpness throughout zoom range. Ideal for general photography and portraiture. Zoom feature permits changes in image size from same standpoint without perspective change; alternatively, changes in perspective effects at different distances with same image magnifications. Advantageous when one must work fast with little time for lens interchange. Versatility enhanced in combination with motor-drive camera models.1
Distance engravings in yellow (metres) and blue (feet).
* To prevent vignetting, ø 67mm filters are screwed between the front and the rear part of the special two-part lens hood.
